M-MLV

RNAse Н- active at 52 оС

M-MLV

M-MLV is a genetically modified Reverse Transcriptase from Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus. It is different from wild-type M-MuLV in structure, catalytic features and temperature optimum of activity. The enzyme possesses RNA- and DNA-dependent polymerase activity but lacks RNase H activity. Temperature optimum for M-MLV activity is 52°C. The enzyme remains active at temperatures up to 60 °C. M-MLV is able to synthesize first strand cDNA up to 10 kb and incorporate modified bases.

Hot Taq

Recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase with a Hot Start modification for excellent results. It available in two Hot Start modifications: with a thermolabile neutralizing antibody that blocks the polymerase activity prior to 39 °С or 56 °С  and with chemicals that required polymerase activation at 95 oC.  Hot Start technology improves yields by minimizing or eliminating primer dimer formation and non-specific amplification.

WarmMMLV

WarmMMLV

WarmMMLV is modified inactivated M-MLV with increased processivity, activity, and resistance to inhibitors, lack of RNase H. WarmMMLV is activated at 40 oС that improves sensitivity of RT-PCR by minimizing or eliminating primer dimer formation and non-specific amplification.

Recombinant Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG) is expressed in E.coli. UDG is most frequently used enzyme in PCR anti-contamination system. UDG degrades amplicone containing deoxyuridine and increases the specificity of your PCR.

Proteinase K

Recombinant Proteinase K is identical to the native protease originally isolated from the Tritirachium album. It belongs to family of serine proteases with broad substrate specificity. Proteinase K is active in a wide range of temperatures and buffers (optimal activity between 20 and 60°C and a pH between 7.5 and 12.0) even in the presence of EDTA and useful for the extraction of nucleic acids from various biological samples.
